What is your return policy?
Returned items must conform to our returns policy:

Your returned item must arrive at the boutique no later than 30 days after you receive the order. After this time we cannot guarantee that the we will accept the order for refund;We strongly recommend that you book your return pick-up within 7 days of receiving your order to ensure that it arrives us within 30 days. Please contact customer services if you have any queries relating to this;
Please note we can only collect returns from the same country to which your order was delivered. If you have returned an item from a country other than your delivery country, you might have to pay additional import duties. We strongly advise that you do not do this and instead use our free returns collection service;Once your return has been received by the boutique and it complies with our returns policy, we will refund you by your original payment method;We strongly advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with their original tags. Footwear and accessories must be returned in the original boxes provided and inside a protective shipping box;
If the item comes with a security tag this must be left on. If the security tag is removed then the returned item will not comply with the returns policy and will not be refunded.

While we aim to always deliver within the specified times, we aren’t responsible for delays due to customs clearance or failed payment approval.​

Free Worldwide Shipping to on orders over S$ 300. All services make deliveries between Monday and Friday 9am-5pm. Please note that some services may not be available in all countries.
Shipping is calculated at checkout. For orders above the threshold**, we offer a flat delivery fee regardless of the number of partners you order from. The flat delivery fee is based on the lowest price shipping option available for the item in your order that travels the farthest to get to you. You may also choose an expedited shipping method at checkout such as Express or Same Day Delivery for an additional fee.

This is Chicmirror Personal Data Protection Policy (“Personal Data Protection Policy”) and the purpose of this document is to inform you of how Chicmirror manages, collects, uses and discloses your Personal Data, which is subject to the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (No. 26 of 2012) (“the Act”).
When you submit information to us, or sign up as a customer on our website to purchase, view or otherwise surf any of the products or services offered by us (the “Products and Services”), you agree and consent to Chicmirror (including its related corporations and business units) (collectively, the "Companies"), as well as their respective representatives and/or agents collecting, using, disclosing and sharing amongst themselves your Personal Data, and disclosing such Personal Data to the Companies' authorised service providers and relevant third parties in the manner set forth in this Personal Data Protection Policy.

We usually do not collect your credit card details, whether to process your payment or for customer service purposes. Your credit card details are collected, processed and stored directly by our third-party payment processors pursuant to their terms of use and privacy policies. None of your credit card details are stored with us. However, we may collect your bank account details to process refunds.
We may also collect your Personal Data in circumstances where such collection does not require consent under Applicable Laws.
Please ensure that all Personal Data submitted to us is complete, accurate, true and correct. Failure to do so may result in our inability to provide you with the products and services you have requested.

WHO WILL YOUR PERSONAL DATA BE SHARED WITH?
In relation to our use of your Personal Data for the Purposes or Additional Purposes, we may disclose your Personal Data to our:

HOW CAN I ACCESS OR CORRECT MY PERSONAL DATA?
You may access or correct your name, e-mail address, birthday, shipping and billing addresses and contact numbers by logging in to your user account on the Website.
For Personal Data that cannot be corrected by you by logging in to your user account on the Website, you may request to access and correct such Personal Data by submitting a written request to us via our customer service feedback form or by emailing our at xyx94321@gmail.com. We may need to request additional information from you to confirm your identity before providing the access or making the correction.
We will do our best to respond to Personal Data access and correction requests within 30 days. Where we are unable to meet this timeline, we will update you with the soonest possible time within we can provide the information or make the correction. Please note that certain types of Personal Data access and correction requests may be exempt under Applicable Laws.
Note that we may charge you a reasonable fee for the handling and processing your Personal Data access request.
We will send your corrected Personal Data to every other person or entity to which such Personal Data was disclosed by Chicmirror within the year before the date of the correction, unless such person or entity does not need the corrected Personal Data for any legal or business purpose.
Subject to obtaining your consent, we may send the corrected Personal Data only to specific organisations to which the Personal Data was disclosed by us within a year before the date the correction was made.
REQUEST TO WITHDRAW CONSENT
If you wish to withdraw your consent for us to send you sales, marketing or promotional information, please inform us as follows:

a.to withdraw consent from receiving SMS promotions: please unsubscribe by following the steps provided in the promotional SMS;

b.to withdraw consent from promotional emails: please click on the Unsubscribe link in the promotional emails;

c.to withdraw consent from receiving promotional material with your order package: please email our Data Protection Officer at the email address provided below.
Once we receive notification that you wish to withdraw your consent for receiving marketing or promotional materials or communications, it may take up to thirty (30) days for your withdrawal to be reflected in our systems. Therefore, you may still receive marketing or promotional materials or communications during this period.
If you withdraw your consent to receive marketing or promotional materials through a specific communication mode (e.g. SMS), we may still contact you for other purposes in relation to the products and services via other communication modes you have subscribed to (e.g. email).
You may withdraw your consent for the collection, use and/or disclosure of any of your Personal Data in our possession or under our control by submitting a written request via email xyx94321@gmail.com. Note that, depending on the nature of the consent withdrawal, we may not be able to continue to provide you with some or all of our products or services. We will process such a request within a reasonable time from receiving notice from you of your withdrawal of consent.
